Study find city pays $20M in overtime for Philly cops in court

A financial watchdog group in Philadelphia says the city pays an average of $20 million in overtime to police officers for time they spend in court. As KYW Newsradio's Crime and Justice reporter Kristen Johanson explains, they say the city could cut that in half with a few tweaks.
