Walk-up orders now allowed at restaurants, food trucks as Philly prepares for gradual reopening

You can now order in-person at Philadelphia restaurants, Mayor Jim Kenney announced, but you still can’t dine inside. The move is part of a small easing of the stay-at-home order, as the city moves toward the “yellow” phase of the governor’s phased-in reopening plan, which is likely to take effect on June 5. KYW Newsradio's City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports.
