Wolf says Pennsylvania has no plans to tell schools how, when to reopen

Pennsylvania plans to leave the decision of how and when schools reopen to local school boards, according to Gov. Tom Wolf. While the state has offered guidance on how to safely reopen schools, there is no plan to issue a statewide mandate on how schools will open. KYW Newsradio's suburban bureau chief Jim Melwert reports.
