Displaced dog flees Hurricane Dorian-affected areas

The Brandywine Valley SPCA is taking in roughly 350 homeless dogs and cats from the Carolinas ahead of Hurricane Dorian. The first wave of pets arrived Tuesday at the New Castle Airport via a Wings of Rescue plane.
