Kacie Brandenburg of Haddonfield, New Jersey, was recently staying in a hostel in Cusco, Peru, when two people contracted COVID-19. She found herself under a mandatory quarantine in a foreign country. Fortunately, Sen. Robert Menendez facilitated her safe return. Read more here.
