Police have released surveillance video of an assault and robbery of an elderly man in South Philadelphia's Pennsport neighborhood. It happened on Labor Day, around 8 a.m., near 4th and Morris streets. The suspect was wearing gloves, sunglasses and a burgundy Phillies cap.
